431 looks unlikely, if you look at last year's trends. It would be better if you can start exploring some options to increase your score like some course or better ielts score

Not to lower down your morale, but 431 seems like a distant dream. If possible try to max out on your IELTS score. Going by the 2018 trend, anything above 440 is good.

Take a closer look to previous draws, even huge xmas gifts were sent to many people, it was still at the lowest of 438. I would say, the possibility is near to zero. I suggest you improve your language skills, take courses rather than wait for it.

High time you consider options to increase your CRS, because to be extremely frank, your chances with your current CRS is near to nil. Either max out on your IELTS or start learning French. Good luck.
