CRS 429 - Need Suggestion/Help

Hi forum fellows.

Good day.

I need some help regarding finalizing my immigration path way and have couple of concerns

1. Did they changed the CRS calculation, I used to get 438 a month ago, now it calculated 429 ?
2. What are current possibilities/chances/pathways for me to go for. My NOC is 2173 (Software Engineer) and I am 25 years old.

I will appreciate if you can share you experience and opinion with me.

2. Have you maxed out your languages scores? Maybe consider learning French to increase your score? Get a Master's if you don't have one already?

Yes, I did calculate my score before using CLB9 - IELTS but somehow its showing different now. Maybe on my side that I mistakenly record the last CRS.
Its gonna be difficult for me to go for 2 years Master's as I am the sole responsible to earn bread and butter for the family.

Are there recent cases with this bracket range specially software engineers relocated to Canada via any program like PNP or any other stream.

Look at Ontario but not sure the draw score has been that low.
