I've not entered in the pool yet because I am waiting for the remarking result of my IELTS speaking module. If it increases by 0.5 Band, my crs will be reached at 453, otherwise it will be 395. Remarking process will take about 6 to 8 weeks, and I am not interested in retaking the IELTS during this period.

Don't wait enter the pool, may be you will not require that remarking. I was in same situation like yours. They will not increase the band and will refund the money.

But the result can't be used during the re-evaluation process, mentioned on the website of British Council.

Is there anything in CIC website? I don't think there should be any issue in creating EE profile, but do check. Let's other comment.

Yes. I'll have to wait for the re-evaluation result. I wish crs will be down to 395 in the next couple of months, and I'll not have to retake this exam if re-evaluation comes unsuccessful.
