guys please give me a tip on how to get a valid job offer. i am currently working as a welder in our city water district. and i just found out that i need a job offer with an noc zero to get additional 200 points.
my express entry application will expireon december 2017...

Noc has to start with 00 so only these ones count:

0011 Legislators 0
0012 Senior government managers and officials 0
0013 Senior managers - financial, communications and other business services 0
0014 Senior managers - health, education, social and community services and membership organizations 0
0015 Senior managers - trade, broadcasting and other services, n.e.c. 0
0016 Senior managers - construction, transportation, production and utilities 0

Are you working in Canada or outside of Canada?
If in Canada: Which province? What kind of work permit do you have? Do you have a COQ (trade certification/Red Seal) for welding?

To get a "valid job offer" you have to talk to your employer. There's no other way. However, you won't be eligible for 200 pts with your occupation, it would be 50 points.

There are other ways to increase points, that's why I'm asking for additional information.
