Hello all,
Just mailed PR Inland spousal application with work permit for spouse and children USA Citizens.
Kids need study permits and I was planning to drive over and back through canada /USA border to get permits for kids.
My wife now has implied status due to her having a work permit application.
Would we have trouble coming back through and would this complicate the work permit application or PR application?
Could i take the children with a note of permission from spouse (children are step children not adopted by me) across border and back to get their study permits?
Children have letter of acceptance from schools.
