Hello everyone

Below is my long story made short:

I was out of status on May 5th. I immediately informed my University, and I was not attending school ever since. However, on May 31st, I applied for restoration of Study permit and along with the documents I uploaded a fresh copy of my transcript. The problem is that I have just found out that my transcript states that I am "continuing on program" during Summer 2016 and the terms after.
Now my restoration application is beyond the normal processing time and I thought this could the problem since CIC informed me before that my application is transferred to the special review department. As a proactive step, I used the CIC online form to explain my situation and it is not my fault and I am respecting the law and attached a fresh unofficial transcript showing the status as inactive for the Summer term.

My question is, do you think this step is enough? if no, what should I do now as I am expecting a decision soon so I will try to include this update before they make a decision on my application.

Thank you all in advance.

1. 'Continuing on Program' means your are registered and enrolled in the program. So that's not an issue.
2. Generally, processing time is 3 months for restoration of study permit but it's not officially mentioned anywhere.

"Continuing on Program" is the main issue. I am not supposed to be enrolled while I am out of status. That is my concern, I was thinking CIC might see this and think that I did not tell my Unive that I am out of status. It has been 4 months now since I submitted my application.
