Criminal Rehabilitation

Me and my boyfriend of 2 1/2 years are currently going through the criminal rehabilitation process. We sent in his paperwork to NY so he can come back into Canada just over a year ago (January 2013) and are still waiting on any responses. We received one letter stating they received his application and that is all. Looking for any advice from anybody who has been through the process so I can know what to expect. Anything would help!

I'm also waiting for my papers. I sent mine last July 2013 and nothing. Like you I also received confirmation that my application was received and that it will be precessed. I emailed them several times using the reference number they gave me and all I get is responses that they're too busy and some of the applications have been moved to Detroit.
