You need to contact a Canadian immigration lawyer. Because you spent a year in prison, within the last 10 years (?), and not knowing the crime you may be in admissible to Canada. Since you say she has a work permit with LMIA, then she can go to Canada.

You cannot say that you have a clean record. For Canadian immigration purposes, you must declare your criminal conviction.

You having a ”clean” record in your country doesn’t mean your are not inadmissable. If you want to apply for a SOWP, then you must declare your criminal conviction. IRCC will then determine if you are inadmissible. Does your spouse have an approved LMIA and work permit already? Or she is going to apply? If she has not then it is possible, her approval process may be delayed if you are included in the application and inadmissable.

my wife has apply on francophone mobility program she got a work permit without an lmia .
so i'm going to ruin his career if i says yes or no to IRCC. than she'll be inadmissible because of my past
ps: i don't lookin for permanent citizen or Nationality
thank you

She can get a work permit. She is not inadmissible.

When you apply for a visa, you will have to answer "yes" to the question about whether you have ever been arrested / charged / convicted and will need to provide the details of your case.

Get an immigration lawyer for assistance and guidance. If you apply, you must answer YES. If you answer NO that is misrepresentation and can lead to a 5 year ban. And if she applies for PR, you must be included in her application. If you are inadmissable then she may be inadmissable.
