my father is planning to visit me in Canada. But he has a criminal record, drunk drive in 2007, alcohol level was 0.081. Does he have to do rehabilitation? Or does he have a big possibility to get refused for Eta by CIC? Somebody can advise me? He has submitted supporting docs including docs from court and proof payment of fine through GC Key accound but have not heard anything yet.
