Hello,

But I would like to immigrate to canada but I have criminal record. Here some info:

1. 2005 conviction for fraud, fine no jail.
2. 2012 conviction for fraud, fine no jail.

My criminal record is clean in 2015.

The conviction of 2012 was not paid bill of EUR 79.

Do I have a chance to immigrate to canada?

Greetings

Have a look at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/infORmation/inadmissibility/index.asp

This is the specific section relating to fraud, against which, any offence that you have been convicted of, will be measured. http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-46/page-183.html?texthighlight=fraud#s-380

You're most likely inadmissible to Canada until at least 2017.
