I am sponsoring my spouse and we came across the criminal record check requirement. In April this year (2018), we received the police certificate from Manila - where he's lived for 6 years. We used this for his international student visa.
What we are wondering now is how current does the police certificate have to be? Do we need to apply for a new one or can we send the one dated in April?
