Criminal inadmissability

I am on the biometrics stage now for OWP. PR app next month.

Im worried of getting a refusal because i have two cases in the same incident which happened 20 yrs ago(2003). Urinating in public and resisting arrest.

Im having a hard time searching what are these crimes equivalent to in canada.
I am aware if those two are indictable crimes im doomed. Im praying urinating in public ia not a crime and resisting arrest would be summary level.

Are you moving to Toronto? If yes, don't worry, it's a requirement these days

The 1st isn't a criminal offence. You can read about the 2nd one here:

I hope they dont consider my urinating in public "indecent act" because its a crime in canada.

There's a BIG difference between urinating in public and an indecent act, I think you're good.
