Criminal check. back ground check HELP!

My husband is American and we're about to submit his package at the end of this month. We're doing family class obviously. It says you don't have to submit the schedule A: background/declaration form yet. An email will be sent out. Now can we do it anyways? Does it save time. He has NO criminal record. Also, who's email do they send it too? He's horrible at checking email. Should I make an email account just for this purpose.

It says not to submit it with the application. You'll need to fill out the form electronically, validate it, and upload it when the time comes.

You could set up a specific e-mail address to do that stuff but really he should be checking his e-mail for stuff.
