Does anyone know, if the definition of "Conviction" under Canadian immigration law includes the cases when one enters Nolo Contendre plea ("Continuance Without Finding") - this is not a guilty plea or finding but the defendant chooses not to fight charges either, instead after a period of probation the charges are dismissed.

I would be grateful for any informed answers.
