Credit Score Transfer - Temporary Worker to PR

Hi all,
I've been living in Canada as a temporary worker for 3 years now. I've applied for the PR and am waiting. When I get my PR and consequently a new SIN do I lose the credit points that I built up with my Temporary SIN? Is it even possible to build a credit score with a temporary SIN?

I don't believe it has any effect on it all. I would imagine the permanent # would still be linked to the temporary one, so that your previous credit record is still available to access.
