I am applying for study permit extension (expiring on March 30) inside Canada, when I try to make a payment by Scotiabank credit card, there is an error saying that Transaction failed, "too many failed attempts". I am getting this message since the first attempt. I have been trying to do this from the past 8 hours. I went to the bank and they told that there was no problem with my credit card. Is there any solution?

This is happening to me as well. I don't know what to do, other posts say that it has to do with the address and postcode, but I've no idea, I'm at my wits end!

Yes it happens when your address associated with credit card and the address you are providing doesnt matches or you are putting some wrong info Or the name on your card doesnt matches with the name you provided.

If same thing happens , try any other Card or your friends card , it might go through.
