Credit card mistakenly cancelled by bank

Hello,
I recently applied under the FSWP (about 2 months ago) and they still have not made any charge to my credit card. Now I am faced with the problem that my credit card company cancelled my credit card by mistake, supodsely because they received a complain that it was stolen. is there a way to notify CIC about the new credit card number that has been given to me.

That's not a good news bro.
If you have UCI number from any previous Canadian visa or PR application then send email immediately to CIC explaining the situation and send a new payment form with new credit card details.
If you don't have UCI then it's really hard luck
