My 11 June application returned back saying credit card payment decline again re submitted the application with different credit card details now my concern do still wait another four months or CIC can process my application asp since I submitted in June . NOC 1123 worried if I can fill in within the cap please advise. This time my consultant used his company credit card

Well - for one, why was your payment declined ? I believe that CC belonged to your consultant as well ?

Any way - your application will be placed back in the queue as the one you resend will be treated as a new application irrespective of whether you have a UCI or not.

How about sending 2 forms with different CC details in each? And then mention in cover letter to CIC if one CC fails, use the other one?

Never heard of anyone using this method in the past. If you are not confident with your credit card, just use a DD instead.

My bank messaged me that my credit card was denied when cic tried to charge. I settled with
My bank and not it is ok. Is there any possibility that cic will charge again for the 2nd time? This

CIC will charge atleast 3 to 4 times before rejecting ur application. Ensure that you have enabled international transaction, ensure credit limit and if possible, tell ur bank that ur travelling in canada.

Have a look at the entry by Mahitha in diplomatru's addendum document SS. You can find it in his signature. You can see in his/her comments that the cc was charged 4 times in a span of 11 days:

Are there instances wherein CIC declines the credit for one attempt and wouldn't charge again? Or they are giving chances to all before rejecting such application?

These are instances of failed transactions for Mahitha bcos cc was blocked. Came from statement provided on demand by bank. Point to note is they charged 4 times in a span of 11 days.

Two weeks have already passed since CIC attempt to charge my credit card but was unsuccessful. Until now, they didnt try for the second time. I'm losing hope now maybe they will return back my documents.

Been following this post. Like asianati, I have also lost my credit card that I provided in the Fee Payment Form. The following are the details of my application:

App Received by CIC : 5th June 2014
NOC : 2173
New Fee Processing Form [with new credit card details] received at CIC : 19th August 2014

Based on this information, can you explain what you infer and tell me the chances of CIC making use of the new credit card details if and when processing happens?

Hello, I am in the same position as you, been a 30th october applicant, received my updated card one week earlier,the old card is still with me and still working, called my bank, they said that if CIC will charge using the old card, the payment will go but we dont guarantee you this at 100%. after this, I thought it may be reasonable to send a new for with new updated information. so I sent it and Now I am worried. will CIC still consider me as 30th October applicant or they will push me to a December applicant. and I want to ask if you have been successful in your application?

As you can see my timeline on the left panel under my profile name, i have been pretty successful with my application so far

Be assured that the process of pushing the application date to the latter date when an addendum document was received is not followed in the current fswp bcos my ecas status shows my application receive date as 5th june itself and not august date.

Be aware that it is not garanteed that ur addendum document will be added to ur parent application. But u can always try ur luck. I see that u may be a little late for sending a new payment instrument as ur application may have finished completeness check and moved on to cost recovery section by now. It has been observed that cic requires quite some time for the additio process. But u have nothing to loose in trying ur luck.

I would suggest for u to try using ur old card to shop online for something in canada. See if that works. This will provide u with a good measure if cic will be able to use old payment measure.

Hello friends,

with my experience, my credit card was declined and I got letter form CIC to inform me and gave me death line date to submit the free by another card or bank draft. so than I submitted the bank draft.
They not sending back you document relax! but they should send the letter if the payment not received.
