I am about to graduate on my master's degree this coming September but my school here in the Philippines is one of the schools that needs to get a Special Order from the Commission on Higher Education. Until the SO has been issued, what will appear on my Transcript is only Complete Academic Requirements. How can I make my credentials in my master's degree be evaluated in WES? Will they evaluate it even it only says that i only have Complete Academic Requirements?
