is it ppossible to do credential evaluation before applying for skilled canadian immigration in 2013.
my overall IELTSscore is 6.5

am i eligible to apply for evaluation

You can apply for a credential evaluation irrespective of whether you are applying for a Canadian Immigration or not? However, depending on your education background/degree there are different credential evaluation agencies who provide these services.

i have some more questions ,which i hope to be answered
(1) by profession i am physical therapist,which is a regulated profession there in canada,so where should i send my credentials for evaluations.i have 18 years of study(M Phil)
(2Mm overall IELTS score is 6.5.can i apply for evaluation
