No you can't create profile without a valid language test.

Yes, you have to manage your timeline to get the language test and ECA results at the same time.

Wait for the actual results to come out before creating an express entry account. Your crs will be inaccurate if you don't have them.

1. As others said, you have to wait for IELTS to create your EE profile. And I would also suggest you only create it once you have all your documents ready... No need to rush if you don't have them.

2. You should get your ECA asap. They're valid for 5 years. No worries on them expiring.

Do we need the IELTS test report number to submit the EE, I have received my test results online, yet to receive the hard copy of the results
