It depends. Some people said they were able to do it right away some didn't. For me, after I received my A0R, I couldn't link my application online for another 2 weeks. Finally I was able to link it
My wife (applicant) created her account before we even sent in the application. Though until you are able to link your application to your account there really isn't anything to do inside the account.
The technical problems some people are experiencing are when they are trying to link their application to their account.

Sorry I got mistaken earlier. You can create an online account at any time. Like someone just said, lots of people have trouble linking their application to online account.

I tried for 5 times and then it locks this feature for 24hrs, Does anyone experienced the same issue and how did you fix. Appreciate prompt response

hi, friend, that means, you were trying to link your application for 2 weeks after you received your AOR, it didn't work, now, you cans link it... i want ask how do you upload Schedule A, ? you used IRCC WEBFORM?KandyK said:

because my situation is the same, i received my AOR on April 25, after that, everyday, i tried five time to link my application, it always did't work,,,and i have not received the email requesting schedule A....

I got an email saying Thst I need to link my online account with my paper application and I tried and tired and it said no applications found then a week latter or so I got an email saying to send them my background check my police certificate and the right of residency payment and to link my online account again and still it says no applications found so I’m having to send them documents via the web form so annoying
