creating express entry profile

hi everyone,
I am filling out the forms of my express entry profile,
there is a part that asks me whether or not I have ever applied for immigration ,citizenship ,or refugee of Canada before .
since I have applied for a visitor visa last year and Ido have a UCI number, what would be the correct answer for this part?
