Creating EE profile

Hi,

So my 1 year will be on Feb 21, however, I am going to work an extra week in case my 1 year is not enough for whatever reason (just for the peace of mind)

My question is if I can open my EE profile on Feb 21? or wait until the week after to open it? thank you!

Hi,
you can create your application anytime. if you submit your application before Feb 21st. you will qualify for FSW . Automatically on FEB 21st your profile will become CEC eligible.
