CRA made a mistake on my income

CRA sent me two notices of assessment for 2015. The second has higher income but this was not recorded in their system although I have one copy.
I evaluate my income based on the second assessment.And i am qualified.
However i agreed that CRA can go and get income info from CRA. I suspect that they get my income info directly from Cra who only has the first assessment. Now my application was refused.
What shall i do?

Assuming that the second assessment was an error and that CRA records are correct, you will need to apply again in the future once you meet the requirements.
What, exactly, was the reason given to you for the refusal? Have you contacted CRA for clarification?
