The information sent to the Canada Revenue Agency doesn't match the information currently on record, which was provided by Service Canada. You will need to verify the entries for your client's identification such as their first name (given name), if applicable, middle name (second name), if applicable, last name (family name) and date of birth as they must match the name(s) on record with Service Canada. If your client only has one name add the name in the last name (family name) field and leave the other name fields blank. Please make the necessary correction and try again. If you are unable to resolve the issue, in order to ensure that your client receives all the benefits and deductions allowed and to verify the Canada Revenue Agency's validities, you need to file a paper return and attach all pertinent slips and receipts. We regret the inconvenience.

Can someone help if faced a similar issue.

Believe you need to submit on paper for your first filing.

Yes, first time must submit via paper or only certified tax agency can file for you the first time. Next year, you can file it yourself through Efile.
