The GCMS note entry "CPO TICKET SENT" indicates that a Case Processing Office (CPO) ticket has been created and sent to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). This typically means that an issue or request related to the application has been forwarded to the CBSA for review or action.

GCMS (Global Case Management System) notes, “CPO” usually stands for Centralized Processing Office or Centralized Processing Officer. A “CPO ticket” likely refers to an internal request or task created by an officer—basically a note or action item that’s been logged and assigned to the CPO or to someone working within that unit.

It doesn’t usually mean anything negative. It could relate to final steps like passport request, printing of Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR), or some kind of administrative follow-up.

If this is in the context of a PR application and everything else in the notes looks good (like eligibility, background, medical passed), then a CPO ticket might mean the file is nearing the final decision stage.
