CPC-M Processing Times - Even longer now..

Hello everyone

I think you should not rely on the processing times. Today, it was indicated that they are processing the January, I Guess.. We have submitted our application February 2, and now they have given us their decision in form of E-CAS and received letter from CPC- M indication the case number and the decsion. Now It was forwarded to Manila Embassy. Still waiting for a call from them. Hope this helps
 
hello everyone, I actually called the CIC regarding my application to sponser my husband. I explained to the women on the phone about the Jan 5th and the big bump to the 27th. Turns out she wasn't aware but they messed up and skipped a bunch of applications and didnt realize, basically from the 6th to the 27th. so the wait continues!!

I guess they are not updating their processing times in the CIC page.. well, they have indicated it was updated last March 1 2010, but like what happened to our case, it was not indicated there that our application (according to submition date) is in process but still we just found out after my husband received a letter from CIC that we have been approved.

Let's just hope for the best sis.

Received by CPC-M: 2/2/10
Decision Made/ Forwarded PR to MNL: 3/1/10
Received LOA: 3/5/10

the agent i spoke to just said not to trust those who said they have received approvals as it is on a first come first serve policy! well, hopefully we will hear soon enough....i am on 50 days waiting for ecas or a letter!

Hey guys,
don't trust the processing times. I submitted my application in June and when finally they were"processing June bla" my application was not processed, instead it was sent to the local CIC office a week before (without being processed). So, may be for some outland offices it is a good indication, however for inland it is for sure not.
Plus I called CIC last Friday and the lady on the other end was so rude, and yelled at me for calling and inquiring about my application status and the reason it was sent to my local office ... seriously it is her job!!! I was so stunt I could not even be rude back haha ... damn CIC is so incompetent, unprofessional and heartless. I think they don't realize they actually deal with people ... who are worried, super stressed and are making major changes in their lives, plus most of us want to be with our loved ones and can't because it takes them forever to even open the envelope.

Do you know how often CIC update the timeline in their website?
 
It largely depends, but when I was still following it , they were updating it roughly once a week.
 
Hi,

I sent my app(Outland) to CPC-M,they received on Jan 13th.


It took so long!

Finally I could see my "Decition Made" on E-cas this morning.Almost 2 months.

Was very long time to wait.

The "processing time" said "Jan 7th" now, but I could see mine(JAn 13th),so we can not really rely on this timelie..I guess.
