Hi Vish

Since CIC is a federal agency, they will probably closed Monday and Tuesday in lieu of Christmas and Boxing Day being Saturday/Sunday. Also they will be closed Monday the 3rd for New Years. Shoppers Drug Mart will likely be open Sunday to mail your package but not sure mail will move as the Post office is a Federal Agency as well and will likely be closed the same as CIC.

Hi Vish;

You can just send the application through canada post, Canada post will deliver the kit only when CIC office is opened and you can track it
