Hello all
I had sent my passport for the PR visa stamping and my received an email stating that my passport is now at CPC-Ottawa | CTD-Ottawa address. I had sent a return label 5 days ago and so far I didn't get any further update/response and my tracking isn't active.
I am just worried as I need the passport(if there is a medical emergency back home)
cpc-ctd-Ottwawa@cic.gc.ca I tried sending an email to this id but seems to be failing.
Is there any other email id that would help in this case or any other way to enquire about this.
