I would stay this is not a good plan. Simply getting a CPA qualification in Canada will not get you an open work permit.
To work in Canada, you would then need to secure a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer would need to obtain an approved LMIA. It is next to impossible to find employers willing to go through this process, especially for new graduates.
If you want t work in Canada, then I would recommend you come here to complete a two year full time program like a post graduate diploma or master's so that you can qualify for an open work permit once you complete your studies. A master's would be the best choice if you can afford it and have the grades.
