CoVID19 Travel Ban by Canada on All Foreign Nationals-Does it include COPR holders? Will my airline allow me to fly from India to Toronto?

Hi folks even me and my husband are holding COPR our visa expires on 22nd May and our flights are booked for 11 th May.. but we are not sure if we can travel because of India lock down.. we have filled our web form but there is no response.. yet.. any body any response please suggest
