COVID- Not Working please help

Hello wonderful people.
I am currently working at a care home. I have not been called to shift for 2 weeks now due to covid .

Can i apply for EI?
Also if i do, how do i get ROE?
Will my company not say i quit even though they are the ones who havent called me to work.

Please help

there is always need for care workers so I don’t understand. Had you been out of the country or been exposed to someone who had or may have covid?
