Covering Letter by an individual would like to accompany his spouse who lives in Canada

Hi I live in India and my spouse in Canada, appreciate if you can share sample covering letter which states that we (myself and children)would like to accompany my spouse.

She is studying and have student visa, please see if you can share sample cover letter as myself and kids would like to accompany her
