I want to get court marriage done in Noida, U.P. India Just wondering if anyone has gone with the process staying in Canada. If anyone has done this, i would like to know about filing a marriage application and number of documents i would need to get my wife's sponsorship application started.

Note that you must both be there in person when the marriage happens for the marriage to be accepted by IRCC. Proxy marriages are not accepted and will result in your application being refused.
