Does any ECA body assess part -time courses and language courses as post secondary qualifications? I did a part-time certificate course in Human Resource Management from New Delhi YMCA and three semesters of German Language from Max Mueller Bhavan/ Goethe Institut Delhi. I sent mu YMCA certificate to WES but they only considered it as one semester Complete as per Canadian standards. Please suggest if any ECA body would consider my above two courses and grant equivalency of two or more post secondary certificates/diploma.
