Amanbhai,
Your course this time is good enough I guess (Post Graduate Course ). Write a good SOP . State how this course is going to help you and also don't hide your past refusals .

If you can go for Masters course that's the best option.

is it post graduate course?

my course is post graduate course. loyalist college collaborate with nursing colleges I have spent 99 days ( one smester) over here and got 90% marks in this smester. next four smester would be in loyalist college
