Course Enrollment before getting Study Permit Approval

Hi Everyone,

The course enrollment for Fall term in my college will start soon. Should I register while waiting for a decision on my study permit or not?

From your experience, what is the consequences for dropping courses if I I didn't get the visa? Will I be deferred to Winter if I withdraw?
