I got refusal first time for jan 2019...and the reason was i will not leave canada after end of my study....so i am planning to apply second time...can i change my course???
Sure you can as long as the course is still relevant to your profile and you have an offer letter. Still need to resolve the reasons for the initial permit rejection though.
