Course change for Jan intake OR Deffer to May

I have applied for visa on 11 July (SDS) Fanshawe college electromechanical engineering diploma (2 years). College sent letter that classes( starting on 21 September) are on campus and not online for this course.
I still not received the AIP. College is not offering this course in January intake and this course is available in May 2021or September 2021intake .

Kindly advise should I deffer to May
OR
Change my course and take Jan intake
