it was expired in 2013, and we dont have it anyways, we surrendered it and only have certified copies of it.

try getting a school record with photo on it.. it depends on the school, whether they can provide it with photo.

What about your provincial health card? In Ontario everyone has OHIP card I believe, including minors.

Yes I am able to get Student extract with photo from school board.

OHIP card dosnt have the photo for ages 16 or less
