Hi guys,

I have one question for the more experienced members:

Do you know what exactly happens if the courier, let's say, does not find anyone in Sydney to sign and deliver the application?

Do they attempt another delivery?
Does CIC have some sort of service/driver to go through and pick up cases like that?

It was not happened to anyone in this forum. CIO is not a one man office so it doesn't happen.

I understand this...

What I meant was more like:

What if they try to deliver it at a time where nobody is at office?

If you noticed, the mailing address for CIO Sydney is actually a PO Box. Since different program has different PO Box, that means CIO Sydney has multiple different box in a post office where mails for them are kept until collected. Depending on CIO's protocols, these mails can be picked up multiple times per day and they have been sorted out according to the different program (PO Box).

I noticed the PO Box, but on another address, by regular mail, not the one they have where they say:

or by courier

and they have a specific address.

But it makes sense they have a service like you described, similar, to deal with that kind of things.
