hey everyone, glad i found again this thread, maybe u r still arund to help me 
our package arrived yesterday with DHL but it's written "signed by mailroom"; when we sent the medicals to London, also through DHL, they were signed by a person!!!!!!!! the package arrived shortly after lunch break (or during) is it possible that noone was there and they didn't deliver it to anyone and just left it there?? i called and ask and they said that it's normal and sometimes in big offices they don't sign they just put a mailroom stamp; but u guys had a real person signing, maybe they changed the way? :-\
