I am doing my PhD in Canada and currently, I am in a vacation in my home country, Bangladesh.I want to submit my express entry PR application in April.During that time I will be still in Bangladesh.I will return to Canada in May.In this situation, which country should I mention as my country of residence if I submit my express entry application while I am in Bangladesh? Should I use Canada or Bangladesh?
