You must be honest 100% with your application. It didn't show on the notes, it doesn't mean that they didn't check them. Also, your passport will contain stamps of trips you didn't declare will cause problems.

I'm from Egypt and lived in country X , Y, and Canada (Work and study). I had 2 travels to countries A (Tourism) and B (Conference). My lawyer told me to mention A and B only in my TRAVEL HISTORY section. The rest were mentioned in my ADDRESS HISTORY also provided PCCs for Egypt, X and Y (Canada is done automatically).
