What is difference between Country of origin and country of residence?
If I am currently staying in my citizenship country then these both terms are same for me?

Yes, they'll be the same for you. Country of origin is where you were born. Country of residence is where you reside/live

I agree, with just a small modification.
Country of Origin is the country that you were a citizen of at birth. Guess it doesn't apply to the OP, but the distinction is necessary.
