Counting the days for PR citizenship

Hi, I've been a PR since April 2013.
I have been backwards and forwards to UK since.
I have misplaced certain dates when I was residing in Canada, is there any way of finding out my dates through some Canadian government agency as my 5yrs are nearly up and wanted to try to apply for citizenship.
