Counting Part-time hours for CEC

Hi guys, I am confused about how to count my work hours to apply for PR. I work in Canada almost a year in a part-time job. I consistently worked 30 or more hours per week. So do I count this a a full time hours even though my job is part-time and offer of employment says part-time? Thanks.

Thanks! So it doesn't have to be a full time job? correct? As long as I maintain 30hr per week in my part-time job I can apply after 1 year?
