Count days as a visitor?

Im about to apply Citizenship. I could count days which I spent in Canada as a visitor? Will this delay the processing of my application? Please give me advice.

If it is within the 5 year eligibility period yes...

If you input it properly, it should count as half day for each day spent on visitor/work permits upto a max of 365 days

No why would that delay? the visitor entry records are anyhow recorded when you enter the country
