Couldn't be able to pay Application Fee (Concordia College U of Alberta)

Hello,
I have been trying to pay my fees consistently for two days and couldn't be able to pay the fee ,

I am getting this error,

"There was a problem with your transaction and your online payment was not approved at this time. If you feel this to be an error, please contact us and provide reference number APAS25602."

I have tried like 100 times and also tried 5 different Credit Cards (mine and my cousin's) , both Master card and Visa, but still getting the error
I am trying to apply MISSM program and everything is ready but i am stuck on this application fee paying thing, please help me out

No, this isn't the first time that i am making a transaction online, i have made 100s of payments online using my credit card in the past, both local and internaitonal.

contact to consultant ....because only they solve your problem ...
